This project focuses on the product visualization of a wristwatch, with the goal of exploring materials, lighting, composition, and animation through a series of short product shots.

Workflow Breakdown

  • Modeling: The watch was modeled in Blender, with a strong focus on precise topology, accurate proportions, and clean geometry to support both close-up shots and animation.

  • Texturing: Materials and textures were created in Substance Painter, aiming for a realistic and refined surface look. Custom alpha maps were designed in Illustrator to enhance fine details and engravings.

  • Animation: The videos includes product animations, animated camera movements, and lighting transitions. Exploded and breakdown animations were used to reveal internal components and construction details of the watch.

  • Lighting & Rendering: Lighting setups and camera angles were carefully crafted in Blender to highlight the watch’s form, materials, and reflections, enhancing its premium appearance.

  • Post-production: The final edit, compositing, and color grading were completed in After Effects, resulting in a clean, cohesive, and polished final presentation.
