CoReVe
This project is a fully CGI animated commercial created to promote correct glass recycling through a clear, engaging, and cinematic animated format.
The short follows two main characters — a juice bottle and a jam jar — as they move through a city environment, highlighting common recycling mistakes and explaining the three key rules of glass recycling.
My Role
I was responsible for the modeling and texturing of one of the main characters, the bottle, as well as the scooter prop.
I also worked on the animation of several scenes, contributing to character performance and timing.
AI Workflow
We created all backgrounds using AI-generated images and videos, produced under precise artistic direction to match the story and visual style.
The AI-generated backgrounds were imported into Maya as visual references, allowing us to match camera perspective, scale, and composition.
Characters and cameras were positioned and animated to seamlessly integrate with the backgrounds.
Only the characters were fully animated and rendered in CGI, optimizing production time while maintaining visual quality.
Final shots were assembled in After Effects, where CGI renders and AI-generated backgrounds were composited together to achieve a cohesive final look.
